Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Because all of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Gelato, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and returns. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Made-to-Order Products
All books and printed products sold in our store are produced only after an order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

The product arrives damaged

The product has a manufacturing defect

You receive the wrong item
To be eligible:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide clear photos showing the issue

Include your order number and a brief description
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
3. Lost in Transit Orders
If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

Buyer’s remorse or accidental orders

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Normal wear and tear

Minor color variations (colors may vary slightly due to screen settings)
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If a product is defective or incorrect, we will replace it after verification.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
